Where will you stay

Hotel and Restaurant Hotel Paola

A wonderful hotel, just 4 km north of the town of Carloforte, surrounded by nature, peace, silence, many
terraces where you can relax, read, do yoga, or just sit in the sun, with a unique sea view!
They offer a transfer service in case of need, and have an excellent restaurant, where they offer us menus
at 25/30 euro with typical food and our first and last dinner with traditional Carloforte dishes.
From the hotel you can walk to the buildings of the tonnara, and to the sea with a 15 minute walk.

Programme

Day 1

Arrivo all’aeroporto di Cagliari-Elmas,
Transfer per Carloforte partenza alle 17
Traghetto per Carloforte e transfer in Hotel
Cena nel ristorante dell’hotel

Days 2-7

primo incontro alle 10 del mattino in hotel (l’orario può variare in base alle condizioni meteo)
transfer sino alla spiaggia
stretching e riscaldamento pre attività
brief prima di iniziare l’attività
2h di attività a mare
riposo e relax in spiaggia
1.5 ore di attività (o a mare o video analisi all’occorrenza)
ritorno in hotel
Cena libera (ristorante dell’hotel convenzionato/ristoranti in paese)
L’ultima sera sarete nostri ospiti per un apericena al tramonto o una cena in hotel a seconda del meteo.

Day 4

un giorno* OFF DALLE ATTIVITA’ WING in cui potrete girare liberamente l’isola con Bici elettriche da noi fornite

Who is Wing Foil for?

The course is aimed at both beginners and those who have already tried this discipline.
If you like the thrill of learning to fly on water, enjoy a new experience and discover a magical place that will reconnect you with yourself and the nature around you.
It requires a minimum of physical strength and an athletic physique.
Whether you want to go alone or in company, experience emotions, meet new people, a new place and its traditions, learn a new sport….this and much more will be the Wing Foil Retreat on the island of San Pietro.

What is included

Transfer from Cagliari Airport to Portoscuso and back
Ferry tickets to Carloforte from Portoscuso and back
Daily transfers to the island for Wing Sup activities and back to the Hotel
